Emily Pancer
Emily is the mom of 3 great kids a 6-year old girl Alex, and 4 1/2 year old boy/girl twins Matthew and Julia. Emily started her career in graphic design, working for about 10 years in design management. Several months after having her daughter, she quit to be a full-time mom.
Cooking was always a hobby for Emily. After a few kids and having made many birthday cupcakes, Emily started Heavenly Bakeshop (www.heavenlybakeshop.com), which specializes in custom-decorated cakes and cupcakes, out of her home in Tenafly, NJ.
Emily prides herself on cooking dinner and sitting down for family dinners every night of the week. Her dream is to start an "easy dinners" cooking class for stay-at-home moms. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, going out to dinner with friends, drinking coffee and having a good chat. She also holds the title of chief cook and bottle washer at her home.
