Healthy Snacks, Out to LunchI pick my son up after school and have to take him to sports practice.  We don’t have time to go home and he is a little hungry.  What’s a healthy snack I can make for my son to eat in the car that’s not too heavy because he’ll be running around?

We’re in a breakfast rut!

Q:

We are in a breakfast rut. All my kids eat each morning is a whole wheat waffle. They don’t like butter or syrup on it so it’s pretty boring. Often they end up leaving it on the table half eaten. I don’t blame them…it tastes like cardboard. Any suggestions on how I can jazz it up?
