Just when I was getting used to feeding, diapering, changing, dressing, napping and strolling out the door with one child – soon I will have to do it with two. I’m not sure what to expect of this new addition to our little family but I know I won’t worry too much about how to get them both around town.

Is there anything worse than drifting into a hard-earned, blissfully restful sleep after a long day only to be awakened by the cries of your toddler just when your eyes have finally shut? Yes. I would argue that realizing you have NOT being awakened by the desperate cries of your child is worse than waking up and attending to the problem – no matter how exhausted you are.
