Out of the womb, on to yoga..
I received an email announcement from my yoga studio about a Mother/Baby yoga workshop that they would be having in late February. I was due Feb 9th and signed me and my unborn child right up. Well, he was born on Feb. 20th and I STILL DRAGGED HIM ALONG!! The poor baby was ONE WEEK OLD, and I took him to baby yoga. I would nurse him, then do a sun salutation. Then change him, then do a downward dog. Repeat. He (understandably) developed colic soon after. The other mothers probably thought that I was nuts, which I was.
